Training & Capacity Building
We deliver intensive, beginner-friendly coding bootcamps tailored to Somali girls — including adaptations for girls with disabilities. Our curriculum is locally contextualized, focusing on practical skills that unlock pathways to employment, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
Coding Challenges & Hackathons
Our monthly Hackathons and Ramadan Hackathones bring together rising female tech talent to solve local challenges through creative technology. These events promote teamwork, problem-solving, and visibility for girls in tech — especially from marginalized communities.
Community & Inclusion
Mudan Codes fosters a safe, inclusive, and vibrant community where Somali girls — including those with physical or learning disabilities — can connect, learn, and grow. Our community initiatives include meetups, workshops, and forums that prioritize digital access and inclusion.
Paid Internships
Through partnerships with Somali tech companies, we provide structured paid internships that give girls real-world experience and a bridge to sustainable careers.
Mentorship
